Bus stop is just in front of the Hotel easy to travel. Near Hotel has a large hot spring(Yunessun) Very good for family. Japanese restaurant in this hotel is great. Good food and good servive but a bit expensive.
Hotel is a bit old but still in a good condition.
The room looks dirty, the blanket is so wear out. I will never stay in this hotel again.
Decent location with good travel links (relatively speaking)
Seems to be a family hotel primarily so anyone expecting peace and quiet won't find it with kids shouting early in the morning.
Nice warm hotel room to return to in the evening
The need to book for restaurants and trying to get a reservation confirmed. No coffee shop for light meals or snacks.
Too old. The room given to us had horrible view.
The public bath / onsen in this hotel is very good
The price of the restaurants
nice enviroment,and hot spring
Proximity to the yunessan.
Very dated, but they do the best they can with what they have to work with at the property. New baths, new beds, and removing the smoke smell in some locations would go a long way to refresh the location.
Room was large for Japan and overlooking the gardens. Hotel had a hot spring bath with helpful signs explaining etiquette, which we took advantage of. Restaurants looked excellent and staff were still helpful if finding us a cheaper alternative. Location is good, just by a bus stop a short way from the station. Also opposite a water park.
Restaurants in the hotel expensive.
i liked the location of hotel,it was very convenient to approch sight seeing places from there, the view of hotel was also good.
Large rooms with ok view. Convenient with the bus stop right outside and the Yunessun water amusement park across the street.
High prices in the restaurants, luckily the Family Mart close by offered superb sushi etc.
Nice decor, comfortable and friendly staff
Restaurant cost a bomb
Cleanliness, spacious room, fabulous onsen, beautiful gardens. Great countryside to wander through.
No wifi and two ancient pc's in lobby that almost no one on staff could help with navigating. Not set up for selecting language of keyboard. Crazy in this day and age. Lots of frustrated guests trying to use the Internet in different languages. Please spend a cour of thousand dollars and set up wifi for guests.
Wonderful hot baths Japanese style, rooms are run down needs to be updated
Run down rooms needs updating, smelly bath rooms sulfur
Nice double bed room for only 12,000 yen.
